The Advertiser - $500m Project Set To Bloom

Work begins on 800-home estate north of Adelaide

HOMES overlooking sporting fields, tree-lined boulevards and wetlands, bustling shops and a grand estate entrance feature in new images of a residential development near Roseworthy.

Work officially begins on Wednesday on Land Vision Group’s 800-home St Yves development, which will have a new $30 million Trinity College campus, two linear parks, 2.5km of walking trails, childcare and a community hub.

Land Vision director Joe Oppedisano said civil contractors had been appointed to break ground on roads, the main entrance off Horrocks Highway and a display village, and to prepare the first stage of lots. He expected construction of homes to begin within six to eight months and put the value of the whole project at “well over $500 million”.
